Thought I had unusually low blood pressure. I was getting a prescription from CVS next door and stopped in for a quick diagnosis. I was taken in and, the doctor examined me and was thorough enough to order a EKG. Staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was polite and understanding.

Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

I am vacationing here and developed symptoms of UTI. I haven’t used an urgent care facility for several years. The website was pretty easy to schedule appointment. Staff was very friendly and provider was as well. Total time spent there was 2 hours which I feel was excessive for urgent care. I am a retired nurse so very familiar with how things need to flow. I am grateful to be able to be seen. Thank you!

Turns out the medication I was prescribed has not worked on my bronchitis, if that’s what I actually have? I will have to go to a real doctor, not a PA to get a correct diagnosis. A waste of my time and money. They want me to go back for another diagnosis. So they can get it wrong again. No thanks!

Overview of STD Testing in Mission Viejo

Who should get tested for STDs?

It's essential for anyone who is sexually active to consider regular STD testing. This includes individuals who are in monogamous relationships, as STDs can remain dormant and undetected for years. Those who have multiple sexual partners or engage in unprotected sex should get tested more frequently. It's also crucial for pregnant women to get tested as STDs can lead to complications during pregnancy and may be passed to the baby.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is a key part of maintaining your overall health. Early detection and treatment can prevent serious health complications, such as infertility, certain types of cancer, and increased risk of HIV infection. Regular testing also helps to prevent the spread of these diseases to others. According to the CDC, many STDs often show no symptoms, making regular testing the only sure way to know your status.
