I usually come here for medical needs. I love that everyone is very friendly. Except wasn’t happy that my phone appointment was originally at 4pm and I didn’t get a call from the provider until 5:10pm.

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

Took son over weekend to have foot looked at. After X-ray my son who is 10 said he really liked the staff (they talked to him kindly). There was no wait, received disc of X-ray result, fitted for a boot and given crutches with 30 minutes. A great urgent care experience, easy parking, very clean facility and all of the staff were friendly and professional.

Overview of STD Testing in Saugus

Who should get tested for STDs?

According to the CDC, everyone who is sexually active should get tested for STDs. This is especially important for those who have multiple sexual partners, are in a relationship with a new partner, or use intravenous drugs. Testing is also recommended for pregnant women, as STDs can have severe consequences for the baby.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is essential for your health and the health of your partners. Many STDs are asymptomatic, meaning they don't show any symptoms. Without testing, you may not know you have an infection and can unknowingly pass it to others. Early detection through testing allows for prompt treatment, reducing the risk of severe health complications. According to the CDC, untreated STDs can lead to infertility, certain types of cancer, and increased susceptibility to HIV.
