Lab testing
Had been unable to clear earwax out of my ear for a few days and was scared of an infection. Jasmine Laura and a couple more of the nice staff I didn't hear the names of helped me. They never gave up until it was clean even though it was annoyingly stubborn! I was so relieved walking out.

Lab testing
I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person should consider getting tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have shared needles or other drug paraphernalia, healthcare workers, and those who have had unprotected sex with a person infected with hepatitis. Additionally, people born between 1945 and 1965, often referred to as baby boomers, should get tested for hepatitis C as this age group is five times more likely to be infected.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to serious health problems if left untreated, including liver damage, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Early detection allows for prompt treatment which can prevent these complications. Furthermore, knowing your hepatitis status can help prevent the spread of the disease to others.
