Scheduled an online appointment with Solvhealth and the available appt. Was at 11am, I was seen at 12.30pm. What’s the purpose of making an appointment online , making the patient wait an hour n a half?

I would have appreciated assistance in using the mobile check in or availability of another check in option as using my phone and taking ID photos and such was challenging with the injury for which I was seeking care.  I would recommend the provider who treated my injury. Very friendly, attentive, and explained the steps in treatment.

I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers.   Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions.  I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it.  One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that.  Two, he is  unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place.  I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did).   Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation   Thank you.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk of contracting hepatitis should consider getting tested. This includes individuals who have been exposed to the virus, those who have had unprotected sex, shared needles, or have traveled to areas with high rates of hepatitis. People with liver disease, HIV, or those on long-term hemodialysis are also encouraged to get tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial for early detection and treatment. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not have symptoms until the disease has caused significant liver damage. Early detection can help prevent further liver damage and reduce the risk of spreading the virus to others.
