The staff was exceptional! They were considerate and understanding. I did have a long wait time (2hrs) but the place was busy. A lot of sick patients. The staff earned their paycheck today. Other than that it was a very good visit and I feel confident the staff acted in my best interest. Hopefully soon this flu will pass.

I have asked 3 times for a call back from management of this urgent care and although staff assured me they sent an email every time I requested I still have not heard back from management. ย I have concerns about ethical treatment at this urgent care and no t getting a response from management leaves me little options but to report my concerns to my insurance provider Medicare and BCBS.

Started as not feeling well the day prior to visiting urgent care. My boss tested positive for the flu so figured I might have caught it from him. My test were negative for both flu and Covid. Was seen very quickly and knew my test results in about 15 minutes. Definitely better than going to a big ER.

Ended up with spider bite on my leg that quickly became painful and inflamed. Walked in and was able to be seen and treated fairly quickly. Loved the very personable and professional doctor on duty. She answered all questions. Rx was sent to pharmacy and antibiotic protocol begun immediately. While it still looks awful, but far less painful today. Thank you for this great alternate to ER visit.ย  Recommend this facility.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or other body fluids from an infected person should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have shared needles or other drug-injection equipment, had unprotected sex, or have a mother with hepatitis. Additionally, healthcare and public safety workers who have been exposed to blood on the job, as well as people with certain medical conditions such as HIV, should also consider getting tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial because it can lead to serious health issues if left untreated, including liver damage, liver cancer, and even death. Early detection allows for prompt treatment which can slow disease progression, prevent health complications, and stop the spread to others. It's important to remember that many people with hepatitis do not have symptoms, so testing is the only way to know your status.

While specific data for Bryant, AR is not readily available, according to the CDC, Arkansas as a whole has seen a steady increase in hepatitis cases over the past few years. This trend is similar to what is being seen nationally. It's important to note that the actual number of cases may be higher due to underreporting and people not knowing they are infected.

Risk factors related to hepatitis in Bryant

Risk factors for hepatitis in Bryant are likely similar to those in other parts of the country. These include unprotected sex, sharing needles or other drug-injection equipment, and exposure to infected blood or body fluids. Other STDs in Bryant

In addition to hepatitis, other STDs such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, and syphilis are also of concern in Bryant and the surrounding areas.
