I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Check-in wait time was extremely perfect! The staff were kind, caring and helpful. The doctor was A+++ I would definitely recommend this provider.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

My toddler was criying she did not feel well and i find this urgent care and was fast and easy to book online and i did not wait a long time just about 20 minutes staff was friendly and the doctor was very good and professional i recomend this place a 100%

Super easy to book, the staff was SO nice (the woman at the front desk was beyond friendly) and they were punctual in seeing us and quick to treat. Highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment quickly.  The front office assistant was so attentive and helpful also de doctor she took the time to talk with me. I felt welcome in the clinic.

Check-in staff, nurses and Drs have provided excellent, kid-friendly and thorough service. Love that they’ve listened to parents’ concerns and took the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

Would definitely recommend! They are so friendly and always take such good care of my kids when they are sick.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

My visit was great! The staff was very kind to me from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor who saw me. The facility is very clean (I looked!). Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of.  Will definitely go back again and would recommend this facility. Thank you again!
