Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Great experience. Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Medical professional was thorough and provided clear explanations. Facility was spotlessly clean and modern.

I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

The team was amazing and the care was exceptional. Wait time was very quick 5 minutes.

I would have appreciated assistance in using the mobile check in or availability of another check in option as using my phone and taking ID photos and such was challenging with the injury for which I was seeking care.  I would recommend the provider who treated my injury. Very friendly, attentive, and explained the steps in treatment.

When you first walk you are welcomed by a very caring staff from the receptionist to the provider. Even over the phone they are especially kind and understanding. Thank you physicianone!

Excellent care at AFC urgent care .  Staff was amazing, no wait times , called perscription in right away .

The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

I'm so grateful to have this place in town. I got fast, professional and respectful care.

Scheduled an online appointment with Solvhealth and the available appt. Was at 11am, I was seen at 12.30pm. What’s the purpose of making an appointment online , making the patient wait an hour n a half?

They did a great job. Quick wait times. Thorough follow up. I felt cared for.

The staff at AFC is compassionate and professional starting with the reception desk and ending with Danielle. Danielle really listened and provided me with great information on my health condition. I’m definitely recommending them to my friends and family!

I live laugh love for this urgent care. They’re always quick and kind!
