The care was fine, efficient and timely. The doctor was very nice. The only problem I experienced is the office computer system which the receptionist showed me had the wrong copay amount listed for my insurance. I verified with my insurance carrier that my copay was $15 but the office charged me $45. I put a call in and this will be refunded once the claim is processed hopefully. I tried to tell them that it was wrong but they didn't seem to care.

I made an appointment online. This was my second trip to this urgent care in a month. They are very thorough and they called me with my test results same day. My only request, staff should wear name tags identifying their position.
