I went in to get a TB skin test on Saturday. They are open 7 days a week, super convenient. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Was not aware of scheduling before i went. there  Had to wait for an hour two hours before I was able to see the doctor

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

I came in for a cat bite. I don't usually have male doctors, but this doctor was so nice. I believe he noticed I was anxious. He gave me space while he explained everything, didn't sit close like the other doctors. He also apologized for having to mess my arm since it hurt.

The Staff is some of the best I’ve ever seen.wait time after paperwork , about 10 min. The place is great even though everyone they are seeing aren’t feel so great.

Woke up this morning with a very sore throat and fever.  I went to AFC and was able to check in and see the doctor in under an hour. Great service from check in to check out.

Woke up this morning with a sinus infection was able to book online easy and efficient. Jacqueline was the doctor on call. Always enjoy to see her.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Thank you, Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care team for the supportiveness of care and treatment, for myself kiddos and myself!

I felt bad all day and thought I would be able to shrug it off but decided to go in right after dinner. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming and got me checked in quickly, the triage nurse was very attentive and listened to my symptoms, and the NP, Justin, spent a good amount of time following my symptoms and listening to heart and lungs and ears.  They treated me with great care. I highly recommend.

Went as a walk in and visit great 👍schedule another appointment before leaving. Highly recommend their care.

Everyone there was great!!! If I need urgent treatment again, will definitely go there.
