my face started swelling up during hunting season. I didn't know if something bit me, or what. Called the VA and they referred me to Rose Urgent Care on Devine. short wait, medical assistant checked me, and my meds. Dr. Peng came in and said he knew what it was. allergic to lisinopril after 15 years of taking it. gave me a new prescription to be filled @ the VA! Great Doctor. they take walkin VA patients, without appts. need your VA card!

Walk in. They were very busy and I was informed it was a 2.5 hour wait. And it was. How ever l was seen and examined and course of action recommended.

I didnt have to wait and staff was nice and took care of my problem quick & easy.

Great experience! Everyone was kind, helpful and competent..receptionist, nurse (who also had a great sense of humor), NP and xray tech. Glad I ignored the bad reviews and went anyway...no complaints at all. My new go-to urgent care facility

I've already reviewed my experience @ this visit, but I forgot to mention the billing notification. Despite my having Medicare & Cigna Medicare supplement on file, I immediately received a bill online and in MyChart. This is inappropriate. Medicare beneficiaries are supposed to be billed only after Medicare/Supplement have either declined payment or have left a balance on the EOB. Please pass this on to PMG billing

I have used this Express Care a few times and have always had thorough and thoughtful exam and problem-solving. I am grateful to be able to be seen when my primary care physician has no openings. And ExpressCare is just a few blocks from my home, so incredibly convenient.
