I would go back here for care in a heartbeat, have referred family to them as well. Hands down, best medical experience in the 30 plus years we have lived in this area. I will never present myself or family member to the ER at the hospital in Temple, Premier will be where I will always go and take my loved ones. No wait time just filling out my paperwork they accepted my insurance, got me back within 5 minutes and due to covid a lot of people are scared to look at me! The staff here treated me very well Dr. Stiles took his time to insure that I left feeling better. When I went in there my pain was a 10 after I left my had subsided to a 5. They didn’t try to charge me for anything extra great group of people.

After seeing such a hateful lie filled review of this place I had to write my own. I have been going here for 4 years and not only has it not been dirty EVER, The staff have ALWAYS been gracious and friendly and even gone above and beyond to make sure patients get in to see the doctor when they need it. They have been busy quite a few times and I have had to wait awhile. But that happens when a place takes walk ins and is an urgent care clinic and is not something that I can fault them for. All in all most every appointment here has been great with the doctor taking time to make sure I understand what I am taking and why.

Super fast, CLEAN, and amazing doctors, nurses and staff. I booked our child’s appointment through solv website, but even though we had a set time, they worked us in according to how many patients were there. We are self pay so the cost was what I expected, but not outrageous. The check in was super easy, I did it from my phone right after we parked. I totally recommend this facility for any child minor emergency. Our pediatrician actually recommended us to come here and I wouldn’t doubt the quality of care especially if our established practice is recommending. OUTSTANDING!!!
