Although it did take another 45-60 minutes for the doctor to deliver the results, I overheard that the staff was overworked, overbooked, and exhausted. They apparently had a very large influx of patients, and as a commercial service worker I understand. Everyone was friendly and thorough, and I believe they did the best they could.
