I did a walk in visit and did not have too long of a wait. I had a head cold for two weeks and suspected it had moved into one of my lungs. The staff was friendly, respectful, kind, and professional. I was assessed and checked for the flu and Covid, then seen by a doctor. Pleased to say I was okay. I appreciated the ease of being seen in a timely manner and the cleanliness of the office especially during a high illness time of the year. When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? The staff was watching myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that 9 AM time arrived ! Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
