I did a walk in visit and did not have too long of a wait. I had a head cold for two weeks and suspected it had moved into one of my lungs. The staff was friendly, respectful, kind, and professional. I was assessed and checked for the flu and Covid, then seen by a doctor. Pleased to say I was okay. I appreciated the ease of being seen in a timely manner and the cleanliness of the office especially during a high illness time of the year. I would recommend this Atlantic Health Urgent Care Center.

The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed.
