Book vaccine appointments near me in Framingham, MA

Scheduled an online appointment with Solvhealth and the available appt. Was at 11am, I was seen at 12.30pm. What’s the purpose of making an appointment online , making the patient wait an hour n a half?

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Woke up this morning with ear problem. Was seen right away and issue was dealt with effectively.

I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

Everyone went out there way to help. Fantastic Doctor. I booked apt on line. Very easy to do

Excellent care at AFC urgent care .  Staff was amazing, no wait times , called perscription in right away .

The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

The staff at AFC is compassionate and professional starting with the reception desk and ending with Danielle. Danielle really listened and provided me with great information on my health condition. I’m definitely recommending them to my friends and family!
