Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I was impressed with the online scheduling, and availability of location and appointments. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.
