Presented with worsening cough and shortness of breath;  as I am visiting family from out of town I was unfamiliar with this facility.  They were efficient and caring without being intrusive or obsequious. I am a retired health care professional and was very satisfied with the visit.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

Had a serious cut on my leg which ended up requiring multiple stitches. Every step of the process was explained to me ahead of time, reducing any stress I might have felt.

Woke up and was very sick. Called and they said they took walk-ins. Went I'm and the only wait time was when I was filling out paperwork. Both medical professionals were great and treated me with respect and dignity. 10/10 would go again.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I have a head cold with an allergic Stye/Cold  in my eye That seemed to be getting worse. The PA looked in my infected eye and then to pursue look in my healthy left eye with the same glove on that she looked into my other infected eye. I backed away telling her “ Oh Don’t use the same finger you  used to look in my infected eye into my healthy eye. I was truly bothered by this non professionalism No both eyes have some infection. Not good practice. Pa Sarah Bryan was the PA at the time

Everyone is really attentive and caring.  Check in was quick.  I had to wait for 40 minutes to see the PA because there was only one working and an emergency came in.

Excellent Urgent Care!  Able to see someone quickly!  Everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable, asked questions, listened to my concerns, recommended x-rays for reassurance, and just made it a very positive experience!  Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Castle Pines!
