I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. Yesterday I went in frowning and left smiling from ear-to-ear. What a great bunch of gals. Every single person I was involved with was absolutely great. I could not believe the attention and care I got from this facility. From start to finish they were magnificent. The amount of attention I received was phenomenal. They held my hand through the whole ordeal. I actually hated to leave. Their professionalism, expertise and understanding were top-notch. And on a more personal note, inside and out, these gals were each just as beautiful as the next. I can't wait to get sick again.
