I’m not happy that no one told me the medication Paxlovid would cost me $600 unless I had a coupon in which case it would cost me $25

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

This location has friendly staff, great customer service, the provider was knowledgeable. It was super easy and fast to Schedule an appointment for the same day. Totally recommend this urgent care.

My husband has pneumonia, so as soon as I started coughing, I made an appointment at the new Marque Urgent Care on Alicia Parkway.  It was so easy to start an account and get in quickly.  The place is beautiful and the staff was so friendly.  Check-in was fast.  The PA was so knowledgeable about my asthma and gave me meds to keep it from becoming worse.  I feel so much better after only 2 days.They contacted me by phone and text to make sure I was better.  Love this place!

I came in at 5pm off the streets in severe pain and Dr. RITTER gave me excellent care and more knowledge in one session than my current Doctor did in 4 months! Think he's great and would recommend all clients in pain to see him. Thanks D.G.
