The wait time was too much even the the room I wait more than half an hour

I made an appointment and had to wait over 45 minutes because you took walk in before me! Why make an appointment!! Ridiculous! Never again

Jamaica and the back office MA was great! They took great care of my daughter and followed up as promised.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Best place to get your medical needs taken care of ! Staff was all heart and the doctor was very informative and knowledgeable! Dominique was a breath of fresh air very cool!

Took son over weekend to have foot looked at. After X-ray my son who is 10 said he really liked the staff (they talked to him kindly). There was no wait, received disc of X-ray result, fitted for a boot and given crutches with 30 minutes. A great urgent care experience, easy parking, very clean facility and all of the staff were friendly and professional.

I will highly recommend them. Their staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful!
