I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

Scheduling error online. Major conflict. The staff was SO KIND and accommodated me.

Super easy to schedule an appt online, the wait was probably less than 5 minutes once there. Staff and the NP were friendly and helpful. Got meds and started feeling better the next day.

No line ,i got doctors care and took my COVID test

Took son over weekend to have foot looked at. After X-ray my son who is 10 said he really liked the staff (they talked to him kindly). There was no wait, received disc of X-ray result, fitted for a boot and given crutches with 30 minutes. A great urgent care experience, easy parking, very clean facility and all of the staff were friendly and professional.

Perfect from the moment i arrived  to the care and referral I received . My First time and am really satisfied . And it feels so good to live next to such a great medical facility.
