Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

Been having it h watery and swollen eyelids for a few days and made an evening appointment. When I checked I was told the wait time would e approximately an hour but was more than two hour wait with an appointment . The received adequate care but never experienced an extremely long wait time since I’ve been a patient.

Had been feeling bad since Friday night. Felt as though I had a sinus infection. Went on Tuesday and was advised I tested positive for Covid. I was surprised that I was not given anything to treat for Covid. I was given a cough suppressant. Still feeling bad today..

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! Kudos to the young ladies who took care of me and listened to my excessive chatter! YOU ALL ROCK!  #PurpleLuva

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.
