It was a breeze and we got what we needed from them

Was able to select a time online quickly, arrived on time and proceeded to wait in the waiting room for almost an hour. If I hadn't already paid, I would've left, but by then I was convinced it would movemore quickly as there was no one else waiting. Once we finally were checked into the room, an assistant came and swabbed us for strep, then we proceeded to wait another 45 minutes+ to see the provider. All we needed was a quick strep swab and RX. Two hours wasted. I wish we'd gotten the courtesy of the front desk telling us upon arrival that they were exceptionally behind and it would be a long wait, so that I could've made the drive to another facility.

Daughter came home from school not feeling well but its after normal business hours. Online scheduling was quick, & simple done within 2 min as a returning patient. Next available time slot was within 15 min which also makes it convenient when scheduling. All staff we’re welcoming and took time to listen to my concerns snd asked great questions to get a better understanding of what care they would recommend. We were in and out within 1hr which also makes normal pediatrician well visit takes longer than that in some offices.

Your team is awesome!  Always very simple to schedule an appointment same day. No wait time and all of your staff are friendly and attentive.  I won’t bring my grandson anywhere else.!

Anytime I schedule an appointment, it is super quick and easy. The check in process is quick as well. The staff is so friendly, and they always get me in and out.

The provider wasn’t clear with the mom with the patient needed medicine. The mom is worried about the kid health and the provider could be more specific with the information to determine if the kid needs the medication.
