Staff can be more friendly, feel like they are not responsive

Overall the experience was fine. This office is very dirty though. The floors were covered in hair and dust and we were one of the first patients. While waiting in the room you can just tell the room is not taken care of. Gunk on the walls and dirt on the floors. Additionally the bed has a lot of build up gunk and girl in the crevices. This office needs a revamp or very deep deep cleaning. I didn’t feel comfortable touching a lot of the chairs and beds in the office.

Dr Do and receptionist were super friendly & good with the kids. However, the MA could be friendlier, especially with kiddos & the families. Just rubbed me the wrong way at times. I was happy with wait time of diagnosis and scheduling. Overall would go back. Thanks!

Why would you only test for flu and not COVID? Doesn’t seem like complete care.

The check in process was easy and talking with the doctor made me feel better about what could be actually going on with my child. The doctor was very polite and helpful. I’m glad we went there for a second opinion and what she gave actually helped.

The physician was simply amazing, she treated by baby just in 10 minutes.

Everyone from front desk, medical assistant to the doctor were quick, friendly and professional. Exactly the combination you want with sick kiddos. Very grateful for their service! Thank you!

Took my child to this urgent care for kids in Frisco, and the visit was okay.

My son had a fever the day prior and still was sick, I was able to schedule an appointment super quick and get him in. They also took my Medicaid insurance which was very helpful since my son’s Pediatricians office couldn’t accept it. Staff was so nice and the doctor was even sweeter! Would definitely recommend anyone coming here and I’ll definitely be back!

I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming and friendly. They checked on my daughter when she fell in the exam room. They could hear her fall and came in to check. I was able to easily make an appointment on the same day I needed to come in when my daughter’s pediatrician wasn’t available. I wish they would have sent me the check in paperwork earlier than 20 mins before the appointment. I was driving when I got it and it was a pain to fill it out at the doctor’s office when my daughter wasn’t feeling good. The office could have been cleaner - one of the toilets in the bathroom was clogged and really stinky and gross - there should have been a sign on the door saying to use another restroom. I would use this urgent care again but I would like to see a cleaner office - cleaner floors and bathrooms. My kids liked the duck theme, but it is kind of outdated in my opinion.
