Had pain in my left foot after a fall. Broke it. Very nice nurse, doctor and xray tech.. bathroom needed attention. No paper towels or hand sanitizer. Needed hand sanitizer and kleenex in waiting room. This will be my go-to non-ER facility. Lots better than Texas Med clinic.

The office only had one provider and they were behind. When checking in that is something that should be mentioned so one can make a more informed decision to stay or choose somewhere else . I was there 15 minutes early and still waited over an hour to be seen. When checking in there was only one person in front of me.

The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. I took a friend in for help with a deep, serious cut on his finger. I thought he would certainly need stitches. The doctor took into account his desire not to get stitches, and his desire for a more affordable solution, and found a beautiful, affordable, and effective treatment for him. All the staff was friendly. The doctor had an amazing personality. She was informative, compassionate, and funny.

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !!
