The wait was so long…. We left after a hour wait …..

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

I was able to get an appointment quickly.  The front office assistant was so attentive and helpful also de doctor she took the time to talk with me. I felt welcome in the clinic.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

Was our first time but we will definitely be coming friendly and good staff

I came in everybody realized that I had the worst injury and move me back to the patient room thank them for that because it kept me in my job
