I have a colonoscopy in 1 week so really wanted to avoid having to reschedule as I already had to wait 6 months after scheduling due to Gastros busy schedule. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.
