All was well in and out TY Urgent Care in Downingtown.

The scheduling process is time consuming only due to the fact that you need to input insurance information.    I was seen timely by the clinical assistant and the PA who were both professional and empathetic. The visit was 26 minutes total which is great when you are not feeling well

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

This was THE BEST Urgent Care I have ever been to. I was driving past on my way to AFC Urgent care and noticed the building so I stopped in. Everything was great.

I was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was very clean! I highly recommend them!

The physician changed my antibiotics and put me on antiviral me.  She was very thorough and kind and was extremely knowledgeable about the cellulitis.

It’s a great place , good people. Been going there for over a year and never had a problem with anything. I love it .

I love the Cecil B. Moore Mydoc urgent care location so much I will always come to this location the service, the care and so much more is absolutely amazing, to me this location is the meaning of what healthcare should be for patients!

I walked up and they saw me and helped me with my issue within 35-40 minutes. The practitioner was helpful in confirming my suspicions. They were able to prescribe a medicine. I thought I would be there for over an hour but it went very smoothly and efficiently.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
