Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Great experience. In and out the door in 15 minutes, making appointment very easy and I was able to make it within an hour on the same day. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
