One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had… so friendly, quick, and efficient.

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
