Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.
