          Every time I go the staff are responsive understanding and efficient. I have zero complaints and they were responsible for diagnosing a long time health concern when no one could.           Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to.           Went in because I had debris stuck in my eye and a possible scratched cornea, the staff was very helpful in trying to help me and keep me comfortable, when they realized the equipment wasn’t available at the location I was in, they were kind enough to help me schedule an appointment at a different location. Overall it was a great experience despite my situation. Thanks again to the lovely staff!

          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
