I absolutely loved my experience here! Docs in Stratford is my absolute favorite location. Everyone there is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. This location is very clean and organized I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or follow ups they’re always on the ball. There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Began day with blood in urine. Went to urgent care without an appointment. Waited 1/2 hour (reasonable) Nurse took vitals and urine specimen Dr. arrived shortly ordered kidney and bladder ultrasound. Waited 20 min. (reasonable they were sanitizing the waiting area). Saw Dr. with ultrasound report about 10 minutes after the test. That's how medicine should be practiced.
