They are true professionals from the moment you enter the building, from the security officer, initial screening / scheduling officer, second scheduling / screening officer and finally the clinician who performs the test. I was so pleased and impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team and facility that I asked to speak with the manager (Fatima) to provide positive feedback in person and am delighted to be able to provide additional written feedback here. I and my husband went to ParCare of Boro Park for a COVID vaccination. We found the staff ,from the clerks at the front desk to the office manager to PA Jaffe, very efficient and friendly.
