I made a appt and there was no one waiting. Registration was fast, staff/dr was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience.

This is definitely one of my best experiences in an urgent care! Staff was very friendly and quality of care was great 👍🏿

We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Kimberly the manager is very responsive. I called to check my test results and she took my number and called me back with the answer. I appreciate all the effort she made and hope all the locations be like the Newark location. All the best 👍

Fever and cough for a few days, able to schedule an appointment this morning. Saw Louis L. Examined diagnosed and out within 20 minutes. Amazing care from the front desk to the LPN to the provider. Very satisfied customer right here.

Very easy to schedule and get set up our first time there. All paperwork was done via an iPad which made everything move quickly. All the staff were incredible. Highly recommend. Lots of attention showered on my feverish four year old - she now wants to visit whenever we walk by.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.
