This is my first visit to this excellent health care facility. Dr. Safran was amazing-caring, knowledgeable and was really concerned about how I was feeling! He puts the patient at ease with his calm manner. His assistant was also most caring and the office staff is so helpful too. I recommend this health care facility with more than 5 stars if I could!

I woke up this morning and my right side of my  face was swollen , I checked in for an appointment and got my issue taken care of thank you. I also have an appointment Saturday first thing CT on face thank you should be ok

When I got to the office, I was told there was not a Dr in office and that it would be a telehealth visit. That should have been told to be before getting to the office. I was prescribed a cough medicine that was never sent to the pharmacy. I never received my prescription and never saw a Dr in person. Totally unacceptable!

Everyone is very friendly, courteous, polite, and they take time to address all of my questions and concerns, and I truly appreciate that. Yes, I would absolutely recommend this provider.
