First time here, staff and doctor are very nice and thorough.

On my way home from a family affair. I still feel sick so I decided to stop in before I went home. and I stopped in at the right place.  The establishment  was immaculate and the staff was  helpful and empathetic. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

I walked in and the place was spotless Well tended and defined roles and responsibilities of each of the staff They were detailed and helpful in every step of my visit in the care and process of even my prescriptions Highly recommend

I was impressed with the online scheduling, and availability of location and appointments. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Promptly checked us in and  took us inside. Competent, caring and helpful. would not hesitate to return there if needed in the future.. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a stye that was becoming larger and more painful each day. I walked into AM/PM Urgent Care at 8PM and was pleasantly greeted immediately! Check-in was easy and wait time was about 10 minutes. The doctor promptly diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment to resolve. Great experience.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and kind I wish I got her name the doctors were so great. In and out in less than 15 minutes
