Pediatric urgent care near me in Watchung, NJ

I arrived without an appointment. Was seen within 15 minutes. I was evaluated, diagnosed and prescribed medicine within maybe another 15 minutes, and was on my way home quickly. The office, the entire staff and level of care is excellent. I come here whenever necessary.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.

Doctor was so helpful, patient and kind with all my questions! Was able to be seen very quickly. Would definitely go back.
