I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Kimberly the manager is very responsive. I called to check my test results and she took my number and called me back with the answer. I appreciate all the effort she made and hope all the locations be like the Newark location. All the best 👍

I happened into this location near Times Square (42nd and 9th Street I believe), desperately in need of a last minute Covid Antigen test after finding no locations anywhere for 1.5 hours with my 10-year old. Thankfully, we found this location and the staff were beyond helpful and kind! Shout out to Patricia at the front desk and the Manager at this location, (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). Everyone was seriously great and super helpful and friendly, they literally saved the day for us.

Great. But I’m still waiting for my covid results and it’s been almost 2 days

We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit

Chai Urgent Care in the Jackson Heights shopping center, is a very well run place. The very professional staff is caring and respectful. I would go back without any hesitation.
