Fast service great staff clean office happy with the visit

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

The staff there are awesome! I was in and out and I have never experienced that with any other urgent care.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

The young lady at the front desk treated with exceptional Service. I was seen within minutes upon my arrival. All of the staff were kind, pleasant and friendly.

Great experience. In and out the door in 15 minutes, making appointment very easy and I was able to make it within an hour on the same day. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

I have visited AFC more than once. The people on staff are courteous and competent. The location is convenient. I would definitely visit them again. In fact, I have recommended AFC to friends and family.

Very Fast and Professional service

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit.  The only negative thing I would say was the check in process.  You enter your information on an iPad then a paper form then you get a text message to enter the same information.  And I was a repeat customer.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!
