Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

The scheduling process is time consuming only due to the fact that you need to input insurance information.    I was seen timely by the clinical assistant and the PA who were both professional and empathetic. The visit was 26 minutes total which is great when you are not feeling well

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I love the Cecil B. Moore Mydoc urgent care location so much I will always come to this location the service, the care and so much more is absolutely amazing, to me this location is the meaning of what healthcare should be for patients!

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
