Dr Bollardo was very caring.  He has excellent bedside manner.   He spoke to me not at me.  He was great.    I wish I could have him as my primary care physician.   I would definitely recommend this provider.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

From start to finish everything was incredible. The staff is always super friendly and fast at getting right to your needs. Not sure if it’s a problem with them or my pharmacy but 1 particular medication seems to never go thru as received by the pharmacy. Other then this one issue i will continue to use this office as my go to when I can’t get into my doctors office.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

My first time in this facility and the staff was very welcoming. The NP was incredibly caring and helpful.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
