I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT
