Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

The staff and the doctor were all extremely professional and attentive to my needs.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

I was sick on my birthday but the staff was so nice and friendly it really cheered me up. There were a few people ahead of me but the wait was pretty quick. I was in and out with prescriptions sent to pharmacy within 40 minutes with a Happy Birthday send off!

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

From start to finish everything was incredible. The staff is always super friendly and fast at getting right to your needs. Not sure if it’s a problem with them or my pharmacy but 1 particular medication seems to never go thru as received by the pharmacy. Other then this one issue i will continue to use this office as my go to when I can’t get into my doctors office.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Woke up with sore ribs after coughing for two days

Almost a perfect visit. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The issue arose when we realized our normal pharmacy was closed due to holiday and asked them to move the prescription to another open pharmacy. I gave them all the information, but it took 3 calls and 1 hr to move the prescription. The move took longer than the visit. I miss the days of the prescription pad and the slip I could take anywhere.
