From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Came in urgently requiring stitches! Staff was so calming and attentive! Took great care of me. Had a revisit to check the wound and will return to have my 6 stitches out. I’m a healthcare professional and I definitely recommend this place. Front checking to appt’s to care the staff was great!

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Honestly wish this office was closer because I loved them! Staff was so nice even the receptionists. My son was in a push bike stroller ringing his bell and everyone was looking over the counter smiling at him. Super friendly and talkative. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and beyond friendly it felt like I was talking to friends.

I arrived without an appointment. Was seen within 15 minutes. I was evaluated, diagnosed and prescribed medicine within maybe another 15 minutes, and was on my way home quickly. The office, the entire staff and level of care is excellent. I come here whenever necessary.
