I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

Woke up with a swollen eye went to urgent care. Got some antibiotics and feeling better 24 hours later thank you.

Quick and to the POINT.......its all about convience

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Fell & landed on left hand.Pain was excruciating so went for X-rays. Was taken with 5 mins. Have brace on hand & wrist - waiting for radiologist to read X-ray. Right know we all feel it is badly bruised - praying that it isn't broken. Highly recommend. Very nice personnel that seriously cared about me. Place is extremely clean.

I woke up with a sore throat this morning had many available times to pick from, checkin was on the phone, very quick and the wait time was not long at all. Additionally, they send discharge papers to your phone so we are saving the trees and having the convenience of having it on the phone with a click of a button.

Made appointment. Taken back 5 min after arrival. Attentive nurse. Sincere PA. Quick release.
