The staff and the doctor were all extremely professional and attentive to my needs.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

I was sick on my birthday but the staff was so nice and friendly it really cheered me up. There were a few people ahead of me but the wait was pretty quick. I was in and out with prescriptions sent to pharmacy within 40 minutes with a Happy Birthday send off!

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

Everything was smooth and quick and the staff was friendly

My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.

Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great
