This practice is fantastic- easy to schedule and check in. Almost immediate treatment- they listen, examine and provide treatment. I was in an out in 20 minutes. And everyone is so friendly and patient focused. Highly recommended !

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

They got me right in & right out.  Check-in was easy. Staff was great!  All good

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!
