Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

Had pain in my ear called and was told to come right in.  Checking was good I thought I would have gone in sooner to see the doctor because I had registered online but it wasn't too long of a wait.

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.
