Honestly wish this office was closer because I loved them! Staff was so nice even the receptionists. My son was in a push bike stroller ringing his bell and everyone was looking over the counter smiling at him. Super friendly and talkative. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and beyond friendly it felt like I was talking to friends.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.
